Kurz gesagt
Rackount sammelt keine Daten über dich. Es gibt keine Server, keine Konten, keine Werbung, kein Tracking und keine Analyse-Werkzeuge. Alles bleibt auf deiner Apple Watch und in Apple Health.

Spielstände
Der Spielstand des laufenden Matches wird ausschliesslich lokal auf deiner Apple Watch gespeichert, damit er nach dem Schliessen der App erhalten bleibt. Er wird nicht übertragen und beim Beenden des Matches gelöscht.
Apple Health (HealthKit)
Wenn du es erlaubst, startet Rackount bei jedem Match ein Training über Apple HealthKit. Dabei:
- schreibt Rackount das Training (Sportart, Dauer, Kalorien) in Apple Health, damit es in der Fitness-App erscheint;
- liest Rackount Herzfrequenz, aktive Energie (Kalorien) und Trainings, um das laufende Training zu erfassen.
Diese Gesundheitsdaten werden nur auf deinen Geräten verarbeitet und bleiben in Apple Health. Rackount überträgt sie nicht an den Entwickler oder an Dritte, nutzt sie nicht für Werbung oder Marketing und speichert sie nicht in iCloud ausserhalb von Apple Health.
Die Erlaubnis ist freiwillig. Ohne sie funktioniert der Punktezähler vollständig, es wird nur kein Training gespeichert. Du kannst sie jederzeit in der Health-App auf dem iPhone unter Teilen › Apps › Rackount oder in den Einstellungen der Apple Watch ändern.
Weitergabe an Dritte
Es werden keine Daten an Dritte weitergegeben. Rackount enthält keine Werbe-, Analyse- oder Tracking-Dienste von Drittanbietern.
Kauf über den App Store
Den Kauf und die Bezahlung wickelt Apple ab. Rackount erhält dabei keine persönlichen Daten von dir. Es gilt die Datenschutzrichtlinie von Apple.
Deine Rechte
Da Rackount keine personenbezogenen Daten beim Entwickler speichert, liegen dort keine Daten vor, über die Auskunft gegeben oder die gelöscht werden könnten. Daten in Apple Health kannst du jederzeit in der Health-App einsehen und löschen. Bei Fragen erreichst du uns unter der oben genannten E-Mail-Adresse.
Änderungen
Wenn sich diese Datenschutzerklärung ändert, wird die neue Fassung auf dieser Seite veröffentlicht.

In short
Rackount does not collect any data about you. There are no servers, no accounts, no ads, no tracking and no analytics. Everything stays on your Apple Watch and in Apple Health.

Match scores
The score of the current match is stored only locally on your Apple Watch so that it survives closing the app. It is never transmitted and is deleted when you end the match.
Apple Health (HealthKit)
With your permission, Rackount starts a workout through Apple HealthKit for every match. In doing so, Rackount:
- writes the workout (sport, duration, calories) to Apple Health so it appears in the Fitness app;
- reads heart rate, active energy (calories) and workouts to record the current workout.
This health data is processed only on your devices and stays in Apple Health. Rackount does not send it to the developer or to third parties, does not use it for advertising or marketing, and does not store it in iCloud outside of Apple Health.
Granting permission is optional. Without it the score keeper works fully; only no workout is saved. You can change the permission at any time in the Health app on your iPhone under Sharing › Apps › Rackount or in the Apple Watch settings.
Third parties
No data is shared with third parties. Rackount contains no third-party advertising, analytics or tracking services.
Purchase through the App Store
Purchase and payment are handled by Apple. Rackount does not receive any personal data from you in the process. Apple's privacy policy applies.
Your rights
Since Rackount does not store any personal data with the developer, there is nothing to disclose or delete there. You can view and delete data in Apple Health at any time in the Health app. For questions, contact us at the email address above.
Changes
If this privacy policy changes, the new version will be published on this page.
